Dwayne was the founding pastor of Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC in 2007. He began in the year 2007. He also serves as director of Pastoral Care of the Acts 29 Network. Alongside his pastoring, Dwayne has a passion for developing the future generation of biblical counselors. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is an author of several online pieces, and also a contributor in Christ-Centered biblical counseling Change lives through the eternal truth of God (eds. Kelleman, Viars). Dwayne has three kids and a wife Leslie.
